第49回年次大会 発表論文・企画セッション募集
日本コミュニケーション学会は2019年6月8日（土）・9日（日）に、二松學舍大学・
九段キャンパス（東京）にて第49 回年次大会の開催を予定しています。
来年度のテーマは「都市とコミュニケーション」です。
このテーマに関連した多数の企画を準備すると同時に、会員の皆様からの研究発表を募集いたします。
また、研究発表だけでなく、会員の相互の研究関心と教育実践の質的な向上を共有する
「企画セッション」を募集します。
形式は、パネルディスカッション、統一テーマの論文発表、ワークショップなど、自由な発想のもと、
90分間のセッションを使って、学会のみならず社会に有効な企画をぜひお寄せください。
応募にあたりプログラムに掲載される要旨と大会プロシーディングス出版用の要旨の2種類を
ご提出ください。
①プログラム掲載用要旨：
和文800字以内
英文300語以内
②プロシーディングス掲載用要旨：
和文3000字以内（脚注含む）
英文1000語以内（脚注含む）
また、言語は大会発表で使用するもの（和文または英文）をお使いください。
いずれも必ずA4版2枚にすべてを収めてください。
なお、パネルなどの企画セッションに応募する場合、パネル全体としてそのセッションの概要を
800字（プログラム用）と3000字（プロシーディングス用）の要旨に収めてください。

応募の際は、メールの題目/subject に「JCA submission：氏名」と必ず明記し
jca2019 [@を入れる] yahoo.co.jp まで電子メールでお送りください。
応募締め切りは2019年2月20日（水）となりますので、期日には十分ご留意ください。
大会の個人研究発表では第一筆者（及び発表を行う当事者）が JCA の会員であることが
規定によって定められています。
応募時までに JCA の会員登録をお済ませいただき、氏名の下に会員番号を表記してください。
また、年会費の未納により会員資格を失うという事案が発生していますので、合わせてご注意ください。
活気に満ちた大会になるよう、積極的に発表申し込みをいただきたく、ここにお願い申し上げます。
Call for Papers for the 49th JCA Annual Convention
2019.1.28The Japan Communication Association is planning to hold its 49th Annual Convention on Saturday, June 8th and Sunday, June 9th, 2019, at Nishogakusha University, Kudan campus (Tokyo). The theme of the Convention will be “Urban Communities and Communication.” JCA will be inviting proposals for individual or panel presentations for competitive research papers concerning any subject of communication studies. Additionally, we would like to particularly invite a unique and quality session that contributes to the JCA members and stimulates our membership activities. The format of this theme session may vary depending on the session’s objectives, such as a thematically organized paper session, a panel symposium, or a workshop. We appreciate a proposal that facilitates research activities and teaching practices as well as encourages information sharing beneficial for the JCA members.
Those wishing to propose a paper presentation or a panel discussion should send an e-mail ( jca2019 [@] yahoo.co.jp ) by Wednesday, February 20th, 2019, with the following two forms of abstracts: (1) For the convention program: 300 words or less in English or 800 characters or less in Japanese (2) For the proceedings: maximum of 1000 words in English (including foot/endnotes) or 3000 characters in Japanese (including foot/endnotes). Both abstracts must be under 2 pages on A4-size paper. Those who wish to propose a panel or a theme session should submit a session overview of 2 pages maximum; abstracts of individual presenters are unnecessary. Refer to the Submission Guidelines for JCA proceedings at JCA website, and precisely follow the guidelines. Also, for your submission, please specifically type “JCA submission: [name]” on the subject of your e-mail.
The first author of the paper as well as the presenter in the Convention must be a JCA member. If these responsible persons do not have their JCA membership, please join the JCA before submission and indicate the membership number on your paper. We also recommend the current members to confirm your membership status, because it is often lost by not paying the annual fee. We look forward to seeing you in Tokyo!
